    Lured into darkness..

As a child, I celebrated Christmas, my favorite time and season. I loved Santa, he brought good gifts, things that I had asked for. Exodus 20:3-6, Matthew 7:11, Isaiah 5:20. Romans 1:18-23, Hebrews 3:12, proverbs 4:23, Matthew 4:10. Jesus on the other hand was in charge of my soul,  saving me. As a child, I didn’t know there was more to salvation  than just accepting Jesus into my heart. I was just  following my leaders and my parents were following theirs. Hebrews 13:17,  James 1:22-25,  As a child, I thought that I had done everything needed to be saved.  1…

Help! I Have Fallen And I Cant Get Up!

When I was growing up I believed that there were only 2 classes that people fit in . There was the weak class and then there was my class that was strong. I defended the weak because I believed it was my job ; I was the strong one. After a while of trying to help people I began to look down on some of them because I thought that they just didn’t want the…

    PLEASE Make it STOP!!

For years I went from church to church seeking answers for my troubled mind. I had so much fear from past traumas and I rehearsed over and over again how people had hurt me . I couldn’t make it STOP! I played the record over and over again in my mind as though each time that I played it I was going to have a different outcome. I was trying so hard to find peace in a place that I had planted bitterness. Each time that I played this record I would beat myself up as though beating me up…

There is nothing new under the Sun
